Finance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferrably CPA
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with supervisory experience preferred

Detailed Job Description:

• Supervise and mentor finance staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget performance.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes; manage vendor and customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and prepare reports for management.
