Finance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with strong technical expertise and proven team supervisory experience, particularly in billing, revenue accounting, and month-end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recurring and renewal invoicing
• Process credit notes, cancellations, and write-offs
• Perform revenue amortization and prepaid/deferred revenue accounting
• Review related journal entries and support month-end closing
• Perform revenue and bank/cash reconciliations
• Coordinate with the Tax team
• Support annual audits and external auditors
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Proven experience in supervising and managing a Finance & Accounting team
• Hands-on experience in billing/invoicing and revenue accounting
• Familiar with credit notes, invoice cancellations, write-offs, and revenue amortization
• Experience with journal entries and month-end closing
• Experience working with Tax and/or external auditors
• Good Excel skills
• ERP/accounting software experience is preferred
• Experience in service-based, consulting, outsourcing, or business services is a strong advantage
