We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team (called Nakama) at Aruna. Responsible for overseeing daily finance operations, ensures accuracy of financial transactions, and supports budgeting and financial planning processes to achieve organizational objectives.

Placement: Jakarta

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising finance operational activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management, banking administration, and regulatory reporting (including export proceeds reporting - DHE);
• Supports the Finance Manager in budget monitoring, cash flow management, financial control, and compliance activities;
• Monitor team performance and ensure service level expectations are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance supervisor
• Good understanding in budget and banking (system & products)
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Oodo experience is a plus)
• Tax Brevet certification is a plus
