Finance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and efficient management of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Review and monitor revenue reports, cash flow, and daily sales (Front Office, F&B, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor hotel expenses and support cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Supervise and train accounting staff
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
