Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Custodian of unused checks.

Maintains custody of negotiated checks and bank statements.

Ensures that all check claims are properly logged in the Check Logbook and fully accomplished by the claimant.

Ensures that all checks, online payments, and bank transfers are supported by the appropriate vouchers.

Maintains and keeps all unclaimed signed checks in proper sequential order.

Maintains a daily record of all unclaimed checks.

Gathers and consolidates data on all store cash drops.

Gathers and maintains records of all check issuances.
