Finance Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises day-to-day accounting initiatives of F&A Department.
• Review accounting transactions for completeness, proper account classification and supporting documentation.
• Review invoices of Purchase Orders, Receiving documents, delivery receipts
• Inter-departamental coordination to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare or review AP schedules for management and cash planning purposes.
• Initiate Inventory accounting and reconciliation with other departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder is preferred but not required.
• Must have 3-5 years accounting experience in a corporate role or manufacturing.
• Must have atleast 2-3 years supervisory role experience
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• 30-45
• Willing to relocate or commute to Niog II, Bacoor, Cavite
