FINANCE SUPERVISOR

About the role

SP Finance Supervisor position at PT Joowon Tech Indonesia. The role involves managing finance and accounting operations with responsibility for cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, AP/AR, petty cash, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare and oversee financial reporting
• Administer Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN) and tax compliance
• Lead and supervise finance/accounting team members
• Process and analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Leader
• Strong understanding of cash flow, AP/AR, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN) and tax administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data processing
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Active English communication skills required
• Mandarin communication skills required
• Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred
