Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update the general ledger and ensure that transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
-Review accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, proper account classification, and compliance with Company and accounting policies.
-Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, depreciation, provisions, and other adjusting entries.
-Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
-Perform monthly closing activities and ensure that all required entries are recorded within established deadlines.
-Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for account balances and journal entries.
-Assist in the preparation of management reports and other financial information as required.
-Provide schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents required for internal and external audits.
-Address audit queries relating to assigned accounts and coordinate with relevant departments to obtain supporting documentation.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.
-CPA qualification is an advantage.
-At least two (2) years of relevant experience on external audit or financial reporting.
-Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
