What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
Experience in Multimedia industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
