Finance Supervisor

• Safeguards and manages company funds and cash resources.
• Assists with bank reconciliation and resolves discrepancies.
• Monitors cash availability and plans funding for company obligations.
• Coordinates the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts.
• Facilitates treasury transactions, including foreign currency bookings, transfers, corporate cards, online banking, and supplier payments.
• Monitors collections and ensures timely deposits.
• Coordinates loan applications and financing requirements.
• Plans and allocates funds to meet company obligations.
• Schedules supplier payments, loan amortizations, and other disbursements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

• graduate of BS Accountancy or Banking and Finance
• with 2-3 years of treasury or finance-related working experience
• experience in supervisory positions is an advantage
• proficient in Microsoft Office
• good analytical skills
• detail-oriented
• pleasant and good team player
• responsible and fast learner
• ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
