Finance Supervisor

• safekeeping of funds
• assists bank reconciliation
• plans availability to cover the payments
• takes charge in opening and closing of bank accounts
• facilitates dollar bookings and telegraphic transfers to suppliers, application of corporate credit cards, on-line access to bank accounts for identified personnel, accreditation of new customers, and check release to suppliers
• monitors collections and subsequent deposit to the designated bank accounts
• monitors submission and approval of loan applications requirements
• ensures prompt and sufficient funds availability for the company's obligations, budgeting, planning and allocation of funds
• schedules payments to suppliers, loan amortizations & other disbursements according to credit terms & amortization schedule
• performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis

Job Qualifications

• graduate of BS Accountancy or Banking and Finance
• with 2-3 years of treasury or finance-related working experience
• experience in supervisory positions is an advantage
• proficient in Microsoft Office
• good analytical skills
• detail-oriented
• pleasant and good team player
• responsible and fast learner
• ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
