Finance Supervisor

Financial Management

• Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review and analyze financial statements and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.

Accounts Oversight

• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
• Monitor aging reports and cash collection performance.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor and manage daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity requirements.
• Oversee bank account administration, fund transfers, and cash disbursements.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash forecasts, and liquidity analyses for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
• CPA designation is an advantage.
• At least 2 to 4 years of finance and accounting experience, with substantial exposure to treasury functions.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, financial analysis, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
