Finance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience in bank financing, client loan processing, and bank coordination.
• Knowledge of AMLA compliance and accounting systems.
• Strong supervisory, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling confidential financial information.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares Daily Cash Position Report (CPR)
• Maintain and update Cash Receipts Books (CRB) monthly
• Payroll (monthly salary, 13th month, final salary, manual salary & other allowances)
• · Prepare payroll tax annualization (Form 2316 & Filing of 1604-CF)
• · Alphalist (including 2316) RFP for 1601-C, Filling of 1601- CF
• RFP for BIR Remittance on Compensation every month and share in Central Office fund
• Bank Financing:

· Accreditation and renewal of accreditation with the banks

· Sending series of reminders to BF clients about their due date and our accredited banks and handling their concerns with regards to loan processing

· Endorsing clients to bank’s account officers

· Coordination with bank’s AO about our client’s loan processing requirements, rates, loan status and collateral documents.

• Updates MIS-Accounting
• AMLA Compliance Officer
• Assist Sr. Finance Manager and other Accounting personnel in other tasks
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by higher authorities.
