Finance Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial activities
• Prepare, review and handle full sets of accounts in accordance with Group Finance policies and applicable accounting standards
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily business operations
• Review payments, collections, invoices and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers on payment, collection and invoicing matters
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and provide detailed analysis of the company's monthly financial performance to Management
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring and review of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and follow-up on audit findings
• Supervise and guide Finance team members in carrying out their daily duties, including reviewing work, providing guidance and ensuring deadlines are met
• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, financial documents and filing systems to ensure proper traceability and compliance
• Assist in overall accounting and finance functions and lead or participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Jon Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting and audit processes
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of SAP or other accounting software will be an advantage
• Able to supervise, guide and develop junior Finance team members
