Finance Supervisor

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily finance and accounting operations
• Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and cash flow
• Review financial records, invoices, and reports
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audits and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in hospitality
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy
