Finance Supervisor

FINANCE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor who will oversee daily finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support effective financial planning and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and monitor daily finance and accounting operations.
• Review financial transactions, records, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review financial reports, schedules, and other financial documents.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and other financial activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable government regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related concerns and requirements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary financial documents and reports.
• Identify process improvements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in any related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With 5 years accounting experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory role from Japanese Manufacturing Company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis, and FS preparation.
• Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in payroll, A/P, A/R and taxation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site and follow company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Financial Software and ERP Systems
• Knowledgeable of manufacturing cycle of accounting

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

• Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting and Finance: 5 years (Preferred)
• Supervisory From Japanese Company: 2 years (Preferred)
