Finance Supervisor

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Monitoring – Monitor daily cash flow, cash balances, collections, and payments to ensure sufficient funds for operations.

2. Budget Management – Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring actual expenses against budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

3. Financial Reporting – Prepare and review financial reports, cash flow reports, and expense summaries for management.

4. Expense Control – Monitor company expenses and recommend measures to reduce unnecessary costs without affecting daily operations.

5. Accounts Monitoring – Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.

6. Fund Management – Ensure that company funds are properly allocated and that payments are processed according to approved procedures.

7. Internal Controls – Ensure compliance with company financial policies, approval procedures, and documentation requirements.

8. Team Supervision – Supervise finance personnel, assign tasks, and check the accuracy and timely completion of their work.

9. Financial Analysis – Analyze financial data and identify potential cash flow problems, increasing expenses, and financial risks.

10. Management Coordination – Provide financial updates and recommendations to the Finance Manager or General Manager to support business decisions.

11. Recordkeeping – Ensure that financial documents, payment records, and supporting documents are complete and properly maintained.

12. Other Duties – Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
