FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily finance and accounting activities for pharmacy branches

Review sales, inventory, and cash reconciliations from POS systems

Monitor pharmacy inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and shrinkage

Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing

Prepare consolidated financial reports for franchise management

Ensure compliance with BIR, FDA-related financial documentation, and LGU requirements

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and royalty/franchise payments

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and branch profitability analysis

Implement internal controls for cash handling, inventory, and expenses

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, franchisors, and suppliers

Supervise and train accounting staff and branch finance personnel
