Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role oversees daily finance and accounting operations, including reviewing and preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. The Finance Supervisor coordinates month-end and year-end closing activities, supports budgeting and forecasting, and ensures compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations. The role includes supervising finance staff, reviewing reconciliations and reports, collaborating with other departments on financial matters, and supporting internal and external audits. The Finance Supervisor also provides analytical insights to management to support decision-making and financial performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including solid knowledge of core financial principles and practices.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Financial Statements and related reporting processes.
• Candidates should possess Auditing skills and an understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior accounting/finance role, preferably in real estate or property development, is beneficial.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
