KNOWS BIR FILING THRU EFPS AND MANUAL FILING OF RETURNS
ABLE TO DO APPLY FOR REGISTRATIONS AND RENEWALS OF PERMITS
VERY GOOD IN EXCEL - PVT, FORMULAS, VLOOKUP, INDEXES, SUMIF, ETC ETC
- RECORDS TRANSACTIONS VIA SYSTEM AND MANUAL ACCOUNTING
- BIR FILING OF RETURNS AND OTHER GOVT REQUIRED REPORTS - SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG
- PURCHASE REQUEST/PURCHASE ORDER PREPARATION - FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES
- CHECK PAYMENT AND OTHER DISBURSEMENTS PREPARATION
- PREPARATION OF TIMEKEEPING AND PAYROLL
- DATA AND RECORD KEEPING /MAINTENANCE OF FILES
- ASSIST IN THE COMPANY ADHERENCES - HANDBOOK/SAFETY STANDARDS/LEGAL COMPLIANCES
- OTHERS THAT MAY NEED ASSISTANCE BOTH ON OPERATIONS AND FINANCE/ACCTG
