Finance Supervisor / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Support: Lead and provide comprehensive accounting and clerical support to the finance department.
• Documentation & Records: Ensure high accuracy in typing, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records.
• Banking & Ledger Management: Oversee bank deposits, execute general ledger postings, and prepare financial statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform timely and thorough reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity.
• Data Management: Daily data entry of key financial transactions into the company database.
• Personnel Assistance: Provide technical guidance, assistance, and support to company personnel regarding financial procedures.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and errors.
• Management Reporting: Compile summaries on key activity areas and regularly update management on financial health.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
• License/Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry and accounting software and MS Excel.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
