Finance Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker）

About the role

Responsible for comprehensive accounting and financial management of overseas company operations based on OA+ERP systems, including preparation of accounting vouchers, management of accounting documents and ledgers, and regular account reconciliation to ensure consistency between accounts and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full accounting operations for overseas company (OA+ERP based), prepare accounting vouchers, manage accounting vouchers and ledgers
• Conduct regular account reconciliation and period-end closing to ensure account-to-account and account-to-document consistency
• Perform asset verification, reconciliation, and depreciation work on schedule
• Manage factory cost accounting, analysis and control, providing support for company decision-making
• Assist with tax calculation and filing, annual final settlement work
• Assist in preparing financial statements, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and authenticity of financial data
• Coordinate business relationships between departments, promote cross-departmental collaboration and communication, discuss, analyse and report on process, system and project execution
• Review reasonableness and accuracy of various reimbursement forms and payment requests
• Maintain good relationships with local tax, audit, and banking authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related field with comprehensive financial professional knowledge
• Familiar with manufacturing cost accounting and foreign accounting standards
• 5+ years of work experience in foreign enterprises, understanding of international accounting standards and tax laws and regulations
• Proficient in ERP software and Office applications
• Chinese people who can use English as their working language
• Based in Philippines (position requirement)
• Prior photovoltaic industry experience preferred
