Finance supervisor (Production Cost control)

About the Position
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented candidates to fill the position of Finance Supervisor (Production Cost Control). This position is responsible for managing production costs, calculating product costs, controlling costs, and supporting financial administration related to customers and receivables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform calculation and analysis of production costs (Product Costing).
2. Supervise and control operational costs and production costs.
3. Ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
4. Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of cost control.
5. Supports the administration of accounts receivable (Accounts Receivable).
6. Set up and manage customer invoices.
7. Prepare cost reports and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
8. Work closely with relevant departments to improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Minimum education of S1 Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Product Costing.
3. Understand Cost Accounting, Product Costing, and Cost Control.
4. Mastering the calculation of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
5. Able to operate Microsoft Excel well.
6. Experienced in using ERP systems.
7. Able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
8. Have good analytical, thorough and communication skills.
