Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support the processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budget tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records, proper filing, and documentation in line with company policy and regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external audits, as well as tax remittance and statutory filing preparation
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
• Liaise with other departments to obtain, verify, and clarify financial information
• Respond to internal and external finance-related inquiries promptly
• Identify discrepancies or process gaps and escalate appropriately
• Provide ad-hoc administrative and analytical support to the finance team

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of OND
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
