Finance Support Officer

Full-Time Position - Aboriginal Identified Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused person to join our Finance Team. This hands-on role supports the accurate and timely processing of day-to-day financial transactions and administrative functions — playing a key part in keeping our financial and operational processes running smoothly.

About you

Ideally, you’ll have:

·         Administration or Finance experience

·         Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft excel;

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines

·         Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

·         Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

·         Desirable; experience with accounting/finance software (e.g. ZERO, MYOB or similar) is an advantage

Salary up to $69,076 gross per annum plus superannuation (depending on qualification and years of experience).

·         Comply with the Maari Ma Staff Immunisation Policy. This is a category B position, while vaccination is not mandatory, it is recommended annual influenza and COVID-19 vaccination is strongly recommended
