About the Role

Join our Finance team as a Finance Support Officer, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of Banjo’s Corporation and its related group entities.

You will be responsible for expense management and provide support across accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations and general finance administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage expenses, credit cards and director expenditure.
• Process related-party transactions, intercompany accounts and group recharges.
• Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure financial transactions are accurate, compliant and processed within required timeframes.
• Support Finance policies, processes and systems across the business.
• Provide general administrative and financial support to the Finance team.
• Contribute to process and system improvements as the business grows.

About You

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar commercial finance role.
• Sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with cloud accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded.
• Intermediate Excel skills highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work confidentially.
• A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
