What we're looking for

You may be a good fit if you have:

• A degree in Financial Management, Accountancy, Office Administration, or a related course
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail when handling documents, records, and reports
• Basic knowledge of finance or accounting processes
• Knowledge of accounting or finance software is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work with different teams

What you'll be doing

You'll help keep our Finance Team running smoothly by:

• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical finance documents
• Supporting daily finance and administrative operations
• Updating and maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases
• Coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments when needed
• Communicating professionally with internal teams and business partners
• Assisting with finance-related projects and other administrative tasks that support business operations
