Finance System Analyst Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial system transformation initiatives, driving the transition from manual accounting workflows to fully integrated, automated systems.
• Analyze existing Finance & Accounting processes to identify optimization, internal control, and automation opportunities within the Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) environment.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and external partners to design, test, and implement Oracle EBS Finance solutions and integration points.
• Manage end-to-end finance system project lifecycles, including project scoping, milestone tracking, budget governance, and risk mitigation.
• Drive change management by formulating standard operating procedures (SOP), user acceptance criteria, and conducting training to ensure smooth user adoption.
• Lead, evaluate, and mentor team members while ensuring all system developments comply with accounting standards and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with a strong focus on finance systems and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing or executing financial system transformation projects (e.g., successful migration from manual/spreadsheet-based processes to a full enterprise system).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) Finance modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end accounting cycles, internal controls, and regulatory financial compliance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
