Looking to leverage your financial systems expertise in a fast-paced global environment? We are seeking a Global Finance Solutions Analyst III to serve as a key OneStream system administrator and support our global close, consolidation, and forecasting processes.

The Role

Operating in a hybrid model, you will partner directly with finance and accounting teams worldwide to manage system architecture, maintain infrastructure, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure robust SOX compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform OneStream server administration, user permissions, group policies, and access controls.
• Support monthly accounting close, consolidation, and forecasting workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating finance workflows and managing system change backlogs.
• Ensure strict data governance, security compliance, and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant system administration experience, preferably in large, complex corporate environments.
• EPM/CPM Knowledge: Working knowledge of platforms like OneStream, Anaplan, Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos, or Tagetik.
• Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.
• Work Style: Adaptive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Schedule: Night shift flexibility (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) with hybrid office attendance
