Finance System Automation

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Transformation, ERP Implementation, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation
3. Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Cost Control, Treasury, Taxation, and Internal Control processes
4. Proven experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, integration, or system migration projects & ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar systems
5. Familiarity with SQL, database structures, data extraction, and data validation processes
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and financial data analysis
7. Experience in developing management dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools
8. Familiarity with Experience in leading cross-functional projects involving Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
10. Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and SOP development
