Perform regular system checks and monitoring to ensure operational stability and data quality.

Monitor daily activities and month‑end close progress, proactively following up on exceptions, delays, or inconsistencies.

Support system releases, upgrades, and testing activities (UAT, regression testing) in collaboration with Global Process Manager (GPM) and IT.

Support centralized period end close activities as defined by the GPM, including preparation of global workbooks and importing data into BlackLine to enable standardized close execution and monitoring

End-User Support & Enablement

Act as the first point of contact for end users on tool‑related questions and operational issues.

Provide hands‑on support for daily operations and close activities.

Maintain and update SOPs, user guides, and operational documentation.

Support onboarding and training of new users.

Reporting & Governance

Ensure system usage and configurations comply with governance, policies, and internal control requirements.

Support Group Audit activities related to system governance, including preparation of evidence, walkthrough support, and follow‑up on audit observations or remediation actions.

Support reporting needs, including data preparation and validation for system‑based reports and dashboards (e.g. SAC Dashboard)

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in tool usage.

Proactively propose enhancements and automation opportunities to the GPM/ GPO.

Collaborate with GPM, SSC teams, IT, and external support partners to resolve issues and improve operational performance.
