FINANCE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (Contract)

Contract Period : November 2026 - Feb 2027

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support vendor portal implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Validate portal workflows against business requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendor to ensure alignment.
• Follow up on outstanding Phase One tasks.
• Monitor project progress, escalate issues and risks to task force and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, process flows and project decisions.
• Manage system clean up tasks and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Perform Business As Usual (BAU) tasks to support daily operation as needed.

Qualifications and required attributes:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent professional accounting bodies.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, including 2 years in managerial role within a sizeable organization.
• Proven success in designing and implementing financial processes.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems transformation; project management exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in multi-tasking and managing complex situations under tight deadlines.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure independently.
