Finance Systems Analyst

The Position:

We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to support Lumine's Finance Systems team across two platforms: NetSuite, our core ERP, and OneStream, our consolidation and reporting platform currently in implementation. This is an early-career role suited to someone who is motivated, proactive, and eager to build hands-on experience across both systems.

You will work alongside the current NetSuite and OneStream team on day-to-day support — including master data maintenance, user access, and workflow administration. You will also help absorb interim BPC and Blackline support currently transitioning to OneStream and support the cross-training needed to reduce single points of failure across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Support NetSuite – Provide day-to-day support to the current NetSuite team, including service tickets, user access, master data setup, and minor configuration.
• Support OneStream – Perform routine OneStream administration (master data, user access, manage mapping tables and rejection handling) in partnership with the OneStream Manager.
• Support Integration Monitoring – Help monitor the NetSuite–OneStream integration and flag issues as they arise.
• Absorb Interim Handover Work – Take on interim BPC and Blackline support (master data maintenance, issue resolution, QSR) currently transitioning to OneStream.
• Build Cross-Training & Documentation – Document processes across NetSuite and OneStream and build shared coverage to reduce reliance on any single person.
• Support Period-End Activities – Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end tasks across NetSuite and OneStream as directed.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Foundation : An accounting or finance education and/or background, with a working understanding of the general ledger, journal entries, and the period-end close, so you can interpret finance user requirements and translate them into system tasks.
• Relevant Experience : 2 to 4 years in a finance systems, IT support, or similar role, including work with service tickets, user access, or data maintenance.
• Attention to Detail : Accuracy and care with data validation, reconciliations, master data, and access administration.
• Communication : Clear written and verbal communication with finance and IT stakeholders, and the ability to document processes so that others can follow and reuse them.
• Initiative and Ownership : A self-starter who picks up new systems quickly, takes ownership of routine work with minimal oversight, and knows when to escalate.

Nice to Have

• ERP Exposure : Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a strong asset. Experience with another ERP system is also valued.
• CPM/EPM Exposure : Experience with OneStream or another CPM/EPM platform, including BPC or Blackline, or a keen interest in learning OneStream.
