Finance Team Leader

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Coordinate and supervise the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop and monitor financial plans
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the senior management team
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and compliance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in a finance team leader role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in the use of finance-related software and technologies
• Willing to work In San Francisco Del Monte Quezon City
