Finance Trainee

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You A Finance Trainee - Purchasing Area supports the administrative and operational activities related to procurement and financial processes. The role provides hands-on learning opportunities in supplier management, purchase order administration, cost control, and compliance with company procurement policies under the guidance of the Finance and Purchasing teams.

Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Support the collection, comparison, and tracking of supplier quotations.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Verify and organize documentation related to purchases, contracts, and invoices.
• Assist in monitoring procurement workflows and approval processes.
• Provide support in filing and document management activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the validation and reconciliation of financial information related to purchasing transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement guidelines.
