Job Overview

Jacked Nutrition is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Head Office. This role is suitable for an accounting or finance graduate or a candidate pursuing professional qualifications who wants to gain practical exposure to accounting operations, documentation, reconciliations, expense posting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize financial and accounting documentation.
• Assist with expense posting and related accounting entries.
• Assist in identifying and compiling vouchers and supporting documents required for external audits.
• Perform and assist with account reconciliations.
• Ensure financial records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Assist the Accounts & Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
• Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, OR
• ACCA / ICMA part-qualified candidates.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional finance environment.
