Finance Transformation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
• Perform financial data analysis and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support finance process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of reporting activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support reconciliations, financial analysis, and other accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across finance processes.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Reporting, Process Improvement, Automation, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance.
• Good MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn and adapt.
