Finance Transformation & Accounting Intern

The internship is designed for the undergraduate who wish to join our Finance & Accounting team after graduation.

Key Responsibilities·          Support the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations and gain exposure to various accounting and finance functions.

·          Participate in process review and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

·          Assist in identifying opportunities for automation, digitalisation and AI applications within finance processes.

·          Support finance system enhancement and implementation projects.

·          Assist in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis activities.

·          Work closely with stakeholders across different school sections to understand business operations and finance partnerships.

·          Research best practices and provide recommendations on workflow improvements and process optimisation.

·          Prepare reports, presentations and data analysis to support departmental projects.

·          Contribute ideas and solutions to improve the effectiveness of finance and accounting processes.

·         Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirement:

·          Final year undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.

·          Interested in finance, business operations, process improvement, automation, AI or digital transformation.

·          Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

·          Curious, proactive and willing to challenge existing practices with new ideas.

·          Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·          Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

·          Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, data analytics or system applications would be an advantage.

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
