Finance Transformation & Data Manager / Financial Systems & Data

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Finance Transformation & Data Manager to lead our newly established Finance pillar. This role is pivotal in modernizing Finance through automation, data integrity, and policy development—directly enabling smarter decisions and daily visibility for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Transformation & Data pillar, ensuring reporting automation and data governance.
• Drive initiatives in technical accounting research, policy development, and systems integration.
• Partner with Finance and Sales teams to deliver accurate, timely, and automated reporting.
• Establish clear data standards, reporting cadence, and system controls aligned with business needs.
• Mentor and guide a team redeployed from existing Finance functions, focusing on reskilling and capability building.
• Collaborate with other Finance pillars (Comptrollership, Treasury, Business Partnering & FP&A) to ensure seamless integration and stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of finance or systems experience, with at least 3 years in transformation, data, or systems leadership.
• Strong background in reporting automation, ERP/finance systems, and data governance.
• Proven ability to design and implement finance processes and policies.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership style.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong advantage.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
