Finance Transformation Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive finance transformation efforts that improve processes, strengthen decision-making, and support broader organizational goals in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape solution design, evaluate investments, and advance strategic roadmaps.

You will also help identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies and improve the way Finance supports the business through better execution and collaboration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement and solution design
• Partner with Finance leaders to assess needs and design solutions
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for Finance improvement
• Support development of Finance capabilities and strategic roadmaps
• Analyze operational and financial considerations for investment evaluation
• Drive execution of initiatives, including project planning and reporting
• Facilitate collaboration across Finance and partner organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years in strategy, transformation, process improvement, or related areas
• 2+ years leading complex projects or strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to assess business challenges and drive execution across stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience building relationships and influencing across functions
