Finance Transformations specialist

Job Purpose:

Drive Finance initiatives by identifying, developing, and implementing digital, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance business decision-making. The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and user adoption, ensuring Finance remains competitive and future-ready.

Responsibilities:

Finance Transformation & Project Delivery

• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and control enhancement.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

Solution Development, Automation & AI

• Design and develop automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, workflow tools, and digital technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled use cases and proof of concepts to improve Finance productivity and decision-making.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to enhance business insights.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing automation tools and applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, process maps, and user guides
• Provide user training and change management support to drive adoption.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Support governance, risk assessment, and compliance requirements for developed solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, GFS, and business stakeholders to prioritize transformation opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or Technology-related roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Experience with finance systems, workflow automation, reporting, or analytics platforms.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• AI/Copilot solutions, GitHub and related technologies
• SQL, Python, or other automation tools
