Finance Treasury

Job Req :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, majoring in Accounting, is mandatory.
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Treasury, including experience in processing payments through Internet Banking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Experience in cash flow management and knowledge of SAP HANA will be an advantage.
• Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, particularly for routine Treasury activities.

Job Desc :

• Manage and monitor Daily Cash Flow and 3-Month Cash Flow Forecast.
• Monitor incoming collections through Internet Banking.
• Process vendor/supplier payments, including local and overseas payments.
• Coordinate with banks regarding exchange/dealt rates for overseas payments.
• Prepare and monitor loan drawdown processes.
• Perform reconciliation between Cash Flow, SAP, and bank statements.
• Input and clear payment transactions in SAP.
• Monitor AP aging and overdue payments and follow up with the AP team.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Procurement, Manager, Finance Controller, and Banks.
