FINANCE (URGENT HIRING)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related administrative tasks.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other financial documents.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely collection.
• Process payments to suppliers, vendors and service providers.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company transactions.
• Monitor company expenses and maintain proper expense records.
• Assist with payroll-related calculations and payment processing when required.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of finance documents and records.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, banks, auditors and external accountants when required.
• Assist in preparing documents for audit, tax and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management
