Finance Working Student (Part-time)

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Working Student to support our Billing & Payments Finance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations and assist with our day-to-day accounting and billing processes
• Support the daily operations of the Billing & Payments team to ensure smooth and accurate financial workflows
• Handle the processing of incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurately verified and recorded
• Assist with the reconciliation of payments and journal entries across our systems to maintain high data integrity
• Support the team with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) topics, helping to track, manage, and resolve open items
• Take an active role in shaping an innovative, growth-orientated international corporate group from its early stages; seize the opportunity to become irreplaceable!

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced finance team
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for daily operational tasks
