Finance/Account Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial activities.
• Prepare, review and handle full sets of accounts in accordance with Group Finance policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily business operations.
• Review payments, collections, invoices and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers on payment, collection and invoicing matters.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and provide detailed analysis of the company’s monthly financial performance to Management.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring and review of the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Review and ensure timely preparation and submission of payment documents and financial reports.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and follow-up on audit findings.
• Assist in tax computation and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and guide Finance team members in carrying out their daily duties, including reviewing work, providing guidance and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, financial documents and filing systems to ensure proper traceability and compliance.
• Support and coordinate company secretarial matters as well as internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of audit findings, discrepancies and finance-related issues.
• Identify and recommend improvements to finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
• Assist in overall accounting and finance functions and lead or participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

职责与工作内容

• 监督及管理财务与会计团队的日常工作，确保各项财务工作准确、及时完成。
• 根据集团财务政策及相关会计准则，准备、处理及审核完整账目。
• 维护及监控公司现金流，确保公司日常运营拥有充足的资金。
• 审核付款、收款、发票及其他财务交易，确保资料准确并具备完整文件记录。
• 与公司各部门、供应商及客户沟通付款、收款及发票相关事宜。
• 编制月度现金流报表，并向管理层提供公司月度财务表现及相关财务分析。
• 协助制定、监控及审核公司年度预算及财务预测。
• 审核付款文件及财务报告，确保按时完成及提交。
• 协调及协助内部及外部审计工作，包括准备审计资料、报表及相关文件，并跟进审计事项。
• 协助进行税务计算，确保符合相关法定及监管要求。
• 监督、指导及培训财务团队成员，审核工作成果，确保工作按时及准确完成。
• 监督会计记录、财务文件及归档系统的准确性和完整性，确保资料具备良好的可追溯性。
• 支持及协调公司秘书事务，以及内部和外部审计相关工作。
• 确保及时跟进及解决审计发现、财务差异及相关问题。
• 持续检视并改善财务及会计流程，提高工作效率并加强内部控制。
• 协助处理整体财务及会计工作，并负责或参与上级安排的临时项目。
• 履行上级临时指派的其他职责与任务。

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting and audit processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, suppliers, customers and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP or other accounting software will be an advantage.
• Able to supervise, guide and develop junior Finance team members.

• 至少具备2–3年财务会计相关工作经验，具备主管或团队领导经验者优先考虑。
• 熟悉完整账目、现金流管理、财务报告、预算及审计流程。
• 具备良好的分析、解决问题及领导能力。
• 注重细节、诚信、自我驱动，并能够在高压及紧迫期限下工作。
• 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力，能够有效与公司内部部门、供应商、客户及外部单位协调。
• 熟悉 Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint 及 Word。
• 需具备良好的英语、马来语及中文沟通能力（书面与口语），以便与中文客户及内部相关人员有效沟通。
• 熟悉 SAP 或其他会计系统者优先考虑。
• 能够监督、指导及培养初级财务团队成员。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
