Finance/Budget Control Manager (Sales Division)

JOB SUMMARY:
A Division Controller is responsible to oversee all financial operations in the Division to ensure accuracy of financial reports and effective budget management and compliance with accounting standards and Internal policies company rules regulations.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set monthly/weekly or as needed meetings with Sections and with Division Head regarding budget status and result to ensure financial transparency, accurate budget monitoring and timely decision making
2. Support the Annual budgeting process for the Division, set meetings in preparation for the budget submission to ensure accurate, well-coordinated and timely preparation of budget
3. Monitor actual against budget together with concerned section and provide explanations for variances to improve forecasting accuracy and better financial decisions
4. Ensure Sales & Mktg. Division compliance with accounting standards and internal policies to avoid audit findings
5. Set up effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy
6. Support Internal Audit activities to ensure compliance with standard procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, or audit.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budget management, and internal controls.
• Experience working with Sales & Marketing or other business divisions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
