Join a well-established machinery dealership in the Waikato region known for its supportive culture and strong team values. This diverse position suits an experienced financial administrator or an ambitious mid-level professional eager to step up into a senior role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute domestic and international payments, banking, and foreign exchange transactions
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end reporting
• Process regular payroll and ensure compliance with PAYE, GST, and FBT
• Maintain account chart structures, coding, and assist debtor/creditor functions
• Coordinate insurance renewals, credit applications, and workplace health and safety records

What You Bring:

• Proven financial administration or accounting support background
• Solid working knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance
• High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Aptitude for picking up bespoke business systems quickly

A competitive salary package between $80,000 and $95,000 is on offer, depending on level of experience. Role is open to both junior administrators looking to take a step up and more experienced business administrators ready to hit the ground running.
