Financial Advisor Assistant

Overview

I am looking for a team player to help me as I serve an established financial services practice (investments and insurance). The office has 4-5 people and I offer a flexible work schedule of which can include a hybrid arrangement working from home.

This person needs to be able to speak on the phone and arrange meetings, prepare files for meetings, and use the investment dealer website for servicing matters with client accounts (sells, purchases, trades). Other office admin duties include filing, letters and mail, documenting, and upkeep of a client management system,

Being organized and having good communication skills is essential. Being happy and caring for people is even more important!

Experience in the field is preferable though not mandatory.

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
