Russell Tobin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Support Mid-Level professional with 3+ years of related experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and decision-making skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with firm policies and fraud prevention standards.

📍 Location: Columbus, OH

📅 Contract

💲 Pay: $ 27.00- $ 29.00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service while supporting money movement transactions
• Review and approve incoming and outgoing asset movement requests
• Partner with Brokerage Branch Associates to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Apply firm policies and risk controls to help prevent fraud and protect client assets
• Communicate with Senior Management and Branch Associates to resolve transaction issues
• Work closely with Regional Leaders and Field Service Team Managers to resolve escalations
• Utilize internal systems to review, process, and approve financial transactions
• Maintain compliance with SEC, client, and firm policies for transaction requests
• Participate in projects and technology pilots as assigned
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree/College Diploma preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated success in previous roles
• Strong clerical and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service abilities
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and follow-up skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot technology-related issues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
