Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Financial Advisor role based in Lagos, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, explain available insurance and investment options, and develop tailored financial and retirement plans. Daily activities include analyzing client financial information, recommending suitable products, preparing proposals, and maintaining ongoing relationships through regular reviews and follow-ups. The role also involves staying current on market trends and regulatory changes, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions, and documenting advice and recommendations in line with company standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients define goals and build comprehensive long-term strategies.

Sound knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze options, manage risk, and explain products in clear, accessible terms.

Experience in Financial Advisory, including client consultation, portfolio review, and recommendation of suitable financial and insurance solutions.

Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a straightforward manner.

Proven client relationship management skills, high ethical standards, and compliance-focused mindset.

Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, proficiency with digital tools for remote client meetings and documentation.

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦455,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• POST NYSC: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• NAICOM LICENSE (Required)
